Glee! (Of Potterverse Shirts)

...for my delightful Ravenclaw shirt, courtesy of the inestimably talented chronographia, has arrived. It states, oh-so-nonchalantly, on the front, "Why yes, I am smarter than you." And the back has beautiful scrollworking and words of "The Quill is mightier than the Sword." We are pleased, so very, very pleased, oh yes......preeeeeeecious.

[Ten billion geek points, check]

Now, if only I could convince her to do me a Slytherin one with "Got ambition?"....[subtle-like-brick hint] I must find better bribes, I think....[ponder ponder]

But in the meantime, hurrah!

And it seems that Fire & Hemlock is not as hard to find as I had thought. It's just that bookstores refuse to physically stock it.

Dear, dear, dear, chronographia....why are you looking for that book? It does weird, weird things to your psyche....I should know. Bwa ha ha ha.

And besides, you just like Seb because he's like Draco Lite. *snickers*'

I'm glad to see the shirts turned out. She is so talented, is she not? Just makes me sick. *wink*

Ech, "Draco Lite"? I had rather fond memories of Fire and Hemlock until you said that.

*laughs* If it helps, Seb is more Fannon!Draco Lite...cool as a cucumber, snarky, manipulative, charming as hell, and caught up in circumstances beyond his active control. (Manipulation by a father figure anyone?) Plus, I do sort of like Seb. I think despite everything he has some fondness for Polly. A very reluctant fondness,

You can still have fond memories of this book...there are lots of things left to be fond about. And yes, this is partially another reiteration of my unending "appreciation" of one Thomas G. Lynn. *snicker*

I was recommending it to jalenstrix for one of the bribes bartered items was a copy of Now Here is Nowhere - she chose it simply for the word play.

If you want a shirt, all you need do is ask. Damned Slyths too subtle for their own good.

What's funny is I was once desperately trying to find lyrics to this very same album just to satisfy my curiousity...that and if it could be used. Yeah.
