I'm really surprised by just how much fun I had at the impromptu D&D session last night. At this rate, I'm going to have to invest in my own Player's Handbook. Though last night's venture was more of a hack-and-slash-"God-not-almost-dying-again-stupid-raptors-bloody-bloody-blizzard-dammit-wait-they-missed-ha!-slash-slash-wooo..." sort of thing with less actual role-playing, it was still remarkably nifty. Mmm....D&D crack. The only problem is now I'm going to really be pissy if I miss a game simply because I don't like the other company there. So looks like I'm just going to suck up and deal on that account. Still, since I feel a bit more comfortable with the actual gaming part, the whole potential for shaming is down. Which is nice. Blather, blather, blather.
In other news, I think my German accent is becoming more passable. So I can tell people to piss off without sounding like Antonio Banderas Does German. Woo hoo!
